Before meditation, focused work, or any moment where anxiety is pulling you out of the present, anoint your wrists, the soles of your feet, and the base of your spine with 888.
Stand or sit with both feet flat on the ground. Close your eyes. Feel the weight of your body, the heaviness of it, the realness of it.
Take three slow breaths. With each exhale, imagine roots growing downward from the base of your spine, from the soles of your feet, deep into the earth below you.
Say quietly: "I am rooted. I am here. I belong. I am safe to move forward."
Then simply stay. For as long as you need.
