Each session lasts about 1.5 hours (online or in person).
Sessions include:

✧ Meeting the plants sensorially - through essential oils, tinctures, or symbolic images, to awaken your senses and access the unconscious
✧ Symbolic exploration with archetypal tools (tarot, oracle, or images) to reveal hidden patterns and messages
✧ Integration guidance to carry your process into daily life
✧ Home practice invitation with suggested rituals or plant medicines you can work with after the session
